Ellis Stanton is a digital visual storyteller. She spent five years working with the Syracuse Field Hockey team and assisted in creating content for their social media platforms. Additionally, Ellis has experience in sports production at NBC Sports and the ACC Network.<\/p>\n\n

She graduated from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Broadcasting and Digital Journalism and her master’s degree in Televison, Radio, and Film.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

All throughout high school, Ellis produced, edited, starred, and filmed videos for her school’s TV-Media program. Her senior year, she was responsible for producing the weekly YouTube show, watched by hundreds of her peers. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

At Syracuse, Ellis worked at the ACC Network. She learned the different roles in the control room and got hands-on experience with studio shows and live broadcasts. She served the following roles:<\/p>\n\n

Ellis created social media content for the Syracuse Field Hockey program and served as a student manager for all five years. She helped create content for the program’s social media pages and filmed and edited footage during practice and games.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Following graduation from Syracuse, Ellis worked at NBC Sports as a production assistant on multiple shows. She worked on Big Ten football, Notre Dame football, and Track and Field at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
